With 40 years of development, and the introduction of advanced equipment, Xiaoya Household Appliances has established a factory covering an area of over 300mu, with a building area of more than 156000m2 and over 2200 employees. Our annual comprehensive output capacity has surpassed 600,000 sets of front-load washers, 600,000 sets of top-load washers, and 800,000 sets of semi-automatic twin tub washers.
Our factory is equipped with 108 sets of production equipment, including large, medium and small size stamping lines, automatic welding line, enamel production line, spraying line, large injection molding machine and other several production lines. Includes 3 front-load washing machine assembly lines and 2 top-load washing machine assembly lines. The technical level and process level of the production line are ranked first out of domestic manufacturers.
Sheet-Metal Workshop
Metal parts such as the inner tub, outer tub of the washing machines are processed in this sheet-metal workshop. We have a complete set of equipment for sheet metal processing, such as shears, punches, automatic benders, and automatic welders.
Shears
Punches:Punch out the small parts needed in washing machine cabinet welding
Cabinet automatic production line: the steel plate is finally formed into the washing machine cabinet through the processes of punching, bending and welding. The entire production process is fully automatic, with good quality and high production efficiency.
Outer tub welding production line
Outer tub welder: weld the outer tub ring, outer tub back cover and small parts together. Welding capability of 8 outer tub one time.
Inner tub presser: Press the ring, back cover, front cover of inner tub together.
Enamel workshop
After the outer tub of the washing machine is welded, the surface enamel treatment is performed here to ensure the outer tub will never rust. In addition, we add unique nano-materials to the enamel raw materials to make the washing machine's outer tub have a good sterilization function.
Powder Spray Workshop
The surface of components is treated and painted to give them different colors and prevent iron parts from oxidizing.

6. Final assembly workshop
The products are final assembled, tested, packaged, and put into storage.
