The marker and coiler, as a 3-roll coiling machine, is specially designed for coiling wheel rims. It features a strong structure, easy adjustment, a high efficiency and easy operation. This machine flattens the welding joints, ensuring the next butt-welding process is smooth. The material thickness is no more than 4.5mm.
The marker and coiler supports both marking and flattening. It allows for printing required marks on the rim blank, including the rim size, model, manufacturer, production date, and more. Flattening is carried out for subsequent welding.
The electrical system consists of PLC, contactor, inverter, servo system, motor, and various testing sensors. The controller is sourced from the Schneider M218 series, and features a small size, fast speed, standardization, serial communication port, excellent functions and an outstanding reliability.
